Take your time, do it right: this 5 weekend training offers the chance to review important material of our lives in the light of science and meditation practice, more than mindfulness, to have emotional balance means opening your heart and cultivating your virtues that will bring a greater equipoise into your life.

This is a very rich training with a lot of practices and precise information to use in your day to day life. It is not a training to become a teacher. But its a training on how to use your refined focused attention to work with your thoughts and with your emotions for good.

It's a workshop designed help all of us with how to stop being burned-out by emotions and thoughts out of control. It restores clarity, it removes fatigue and it brings aliveness to oneself.
We all know that if our heart is open and our mind is clear from its recurrent patterns of obsession and compulsion we can experience happiness, peace and also great creativity. We learn to focus on how to be with ourselves and others in this sublime state of mind and joyful heart.
The workshop is open for everybody wanting to know the science behind the emotions and the practice that helps you stabilize the flow of thoughts in your mind.
Want to know more? The course was designed by Master Alan Wallace, and Dr. Paul Ekman. It creates a balance of Scientific reaserch on emotions and Spiritual Practice from a live contemporary and contemplative Teacher of meditation like Alan Wallace. This course was scientifically tested in the University of San Francisco California with incredible results benefiting the life of the participants. His Holiness the Dalai Lama refered to this course in his book A Force for Good, as a great workshop to do in these highly confusing and turbulent times.
About Enrique: He is a natural healer. He has been a teacher of energy healing and Body Psychotherapy for the past 20 years. He has studies in Psychology, Body Psychotherapy, Energy Healing, Early Childhood Studies, Mindfulness. Started practicing meditation in the early 1990´s, and has studied with different schools and teachers. He is married, father of two sons, lives and works in Barcelona, Spain.
